By participating in
the CHASING Referral Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the
CHASING Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms published on the CHASING
website.

1. Definitions & Eligibility

Referrer: A registered CHASING member who shares their unique referral link or
referral code with another person.

Referred Friend: A new user who accesses the CHASING website through a Referrer’s unique
referral link or uses the Referrer’s referral code when registering.
Participants must be at least 18 years old, or meet the minimum legal age
required in their country or region.

Referral Link or Code: A unique link or code assigned to the Referrer through their CHASING
membership account.

2. Qualified Referral

A referral is considered qualified when:

l  The Referred Friend uses the Referrer’s valid referral link or referral
code;

l  The Referred Friend successfully creates a new CHASING membership account;
and

l  The registration is successfully recorded and verified by the CHASING
referral system.

l  Registrations completed without using the correct referral link or code may not be eligible for referral rewards. Rewards cannot be added retroactively.

3. Referral Rewards For the Referred
Friend：

After successfully registering through a valid referral link or code, the Referred Friend will receive a 15% discount.

The discount:

l  Is intended for use by the Referred Friend only;

l  Is limited to one discount per eligible new member;

l  Cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or resold; and

l  Is subject to any validity period, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, and combination restrictions displayed with the discount or at checkout.

For the Referrer：

For each successfully qualified referral, the Referrer will receive 1,000 CHASING Points in their membership account.

Referral points:

l  Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash;

l  Cannot be transferred or sold to another account;

l  May be used only in accordance with the CHASING Membership Program rules;

l  May take several business days to appear after the referral has been
successfully verified; and

l  May be removed if the related registration is found to be invalid,
duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible.

4. How the Program Works

l  Sign in to your CHASING Cleaner membership account.

l  Copy and share your unique referral link or referral code.

l  Your friend uses the link or code to create a new account.

l  After the registration is successfully verified:

l  Your friend receives a 15% discount; and

l  You receive 1,000 CHASING Cleaner Points.

5. Referral Restrictions Participants may not:

l  Refer themselves or create multiple accounts to obtain rewards;

l  Use false identities, temporary email addresses, automated registrations,
or other deceptive methods;

l  Publish referral links or codes on coupon, cashback, deal aggregation, or other unauthorized promotional websites;

l  Send unsolicited messages, spam, or misleading advertisements;

l  Purchase, sell, exchange, or transfer referral links, referral codes,
discounts, or points; or

l  Participate in any activity that violates applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions.

l  Only one Referrer may receive points for each Referred Friend. If multiple referral links or codes are used, CHASING’s system records will determine which referral is eligible.

6. Verification and Disqualification

l  CHASING reserves the right to review and verify all referral activity.

l  CHASING may withhold, cancel, or remove referral rewards if it reasonably determines that:

l  A referral does not meet the eligibility requirements;

l  Multiple or duplicate accounts have been created;

l  The Referrer and Referred Friend are the same person;

l  Fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity has occurred; or

l  A participant has violated these Terms and Conditions.

l  CHASING’s determination regarding referral eligibility and reward issuance
will be final, subject to applicable law.

7. Points and Discount Conditions

Referral points are also governed by the applicable CHASING Membership Program terms, including any rules concerning redemption, expiration, account status, and eligible rewards.

The 15% discount is subject to the conditions displayed when it is issued and at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the discount may not be combined with other promotional codes, member discounts, or special offers.

8. Program Changes or Termination

CHASING reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms and conditions at any time, subject to applicable law.

Changes may include
adjustments to:

l  Referral eligibility requirements;

l  The number of points awarded;

l  Discount values or conditions;

l  Eligible products or regions and reward issuance and redemption rules.

Any updated terms
will apply from the effective date stated on the CHASING website. Rewards
validly earned before a change will be handled in accordance with the terms
applicable at the time they were earned, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law, CHASING will not be responsible for referral
rewards that are delayed, lost, or not recorded because of incorrect
information, technical errors, interrupted communications, unauthorized link
sharing, or failure to use the correct referral link or code.

Nothing in these
Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally
be excluded or limited.

10. Privacy

Personal information
collected through the Referral Program will be processed in accordance with the
CHASING Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Participants should
share referral links or codes only with people who have agreed to receive them.
