Product Support Policy Overview
The standard security support period for Chasing products is 3 years from the date of the product's official release, or 1 year from the date the product is discontinued.
2. Incident Response
Chasing Security Center drives our Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP), which includes receiving, verifying, internally coordinating, and disclosing security vulnerability information related to Chasing products or services.
We place great importance on security and welcome all security researchers to report potential security vulnerabilities to us, helping to enhance the security of our products and services.

Response Time
After receiving your vulnerability report, we will send you information about the vulnerability handling process within 72 hours. This includes notifications, confirmation of details, and relevant feedback, all communicated via email. We will also send you timely email updates on the progress of vulnerability remediation.
Vulnerability Disclosure Instructions
Chasing will disclose security vulnerabilities in its pool cleaner products via security advisories. Once a vulnerability is confirmed, we will release details of the vulnerability and its corresponding fix in a security advisory within 180 days after completing vulnerability analysis and developing a remediation plan.
